The Prior General of the OAR invites us in his Christmas message to build with hope a new world of justice and peace

Miguel Miró Miró, Prior General of the Order of Augustinian Recollects, greets to all members of the Order and to the whole world in his traditional Christmas message. This year, as background is accompanied by the Birth that is in the Place of San Pedro in the Vatican.

He wishes with these words that “the joy of this good news will fill the heart and the whole life of those who encounter Jesus.”

He quotes St. Augustine, who speaks of the smallness and at the same time greatness of God made man in a manger “the one that contains the world lies in a manger; Does not speak, and is the Word … “

The Prior General of the OAR recalls that “to create communion is to listen, to give and to share, to walk and to seek the Truth …”, and
Invites us, in addition, to build “with hope a new world of justice and peace”
