Lord Jesus,
you inspired Saint Augustine
with the desire to serve you faithfully
as a priest and religious;
we ask you
to infuse in the hearts of young men
the desire to follow in your footsteps
and to serve you and your Church
by spreading throughout the whole world
your name and message;
you who live and reign
forever and ever. Amen.
