The Augustinian Recollect Family, the public officials and the people of Navalcán and La Calzada were gathered in the Convent of Santo Cristo de las Misericordias for the said event. After the opening of the process of beatification last January, and the subsequent recognition of the incorrupt body of the Servant of God last March, her remains were transferred in one of the altars of the Sanctuary.
At noon, the body of Mother Isabel, recently placed in a glass urn inside the convent , was moved by priests at the foot of the altar, where it was blessed by the Main Celebrant. A mass presided by Fr. Javier Guerra Ayala, Prior General with other priests present was offered for her eternal repose. The nuns with the faithful present sung during the Eucharist celebration. Some seminarians also assisted in the mass.

Recognition

Javier Guerra, in his homily, encouraged all present to remain united always to the Lord guided by the example of so many sisters and brothers who by their virtues, could be models of sanctity. At the end of the Eucharist celebration, just before the remains were placed in one of the side-altars of the conventual Church, the body of Mother Isabel was incensed, followed by the final intercessory prayers. The singing of the Salve ended the celebration.

Participants

There were nine Augustinian Recollects who participated in the celebration, namely: Father General, The Priors Provincial of St. Thomas and St. Joseph, Fr. Samson Silloríquez, Postulator, Fr. Jesús Lerena, the General Councilor in-charge of the Nuns, Fr. José Mª Sánchez, Fr. Javier Legarra, Fr. Daniel Ayala and Fr. Ricardo Riaño. Fr. Jorge Teulón, Postulator in the Diocese of Toledo and other priests from the area were also present. Almost the whole community of Seradilla came to accompany their sisters in La Clazada de Oropesa in this momentous celebration.
