The Italian Television, RAI, released “St. Augustine” last 2010 January 31 and February 1. The film, which is co-produced by Germany, Italy and Poland, was pre-viewed by Pope Benedict XVI last 2010 September 2. Both Pope and Italian press gave it high ratings. “We hope that many, by viewing this human drama and through it, may be led to discover Truth and Charity”, affirmed the Holy Father at the end of the movie.
