Saint Augustine says: “What praises will we not pronounce to the love of God! We have to thank him very much! He has loved us so much that the One who made time was made within time just for us. He loved us so much that the One who created the human being, became man.

Christmas is to live in a continuous thanksgiving and discover that we have received everything as a grace so that we can give it all for free. It is to know that we have been loved from the eternity by He who wanted to became man in time as a love´s stairway to climb towards eternity in communion of brethren. May the God made flesh in Bethlehem open our hearts to gratefulness and gratitude to gratefulness and gratittude, to service, solidarity to love and communion.

The Augustinian Recollects wish you a Merry Christmas.
